Conditions for Returns
At RobiLeather, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the following conditions for returning products:
Product Condition:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with no flaws or damages.
- For wearable items, trying them on to check fit is acceptable and will still be considered as unworn.
Original Packaging and Accessories:
- The product must include all original tags, user manuals, warranty cards (if applicable), freebies, invoices, and accessories provided at the time of purchase.
- The product must be returned in its original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging/box.
- If the product was delivered in specific RobiLeather packaging/box, that packaging should also be returned. Avoid placing tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer’s packaging/box.
Return Package Identification:
- Clearly indicate the Order Number and Return Tracking Number on your return package to prevent delays or inconvenience in the return process.
Return Acknowledgment:
- When handing over your package to the designated drop-off location or pickup agent, please request and retain a Return Acknowledgment Slip for future reference.
